Returns & Refunds
Can I return a damaged or defective item?
Yes, but it must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.
Are Chinese items returnable?
No, Chinese items are not covered. If defective, they must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Are customized products eligible for return?
No, customized products are non-returnable.
Will I be compensated for courier charges?
Yes, we cover 10% of the invoice value for wrong or damaged items as courier charges.
