Shipping delivery policy

At Javed Dental Supply, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, while those placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next working day. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location, though remote areas may take longer. Shipping charges vary by order value and delivery location, and exact costs are shared before confirmation, with free delivery available on selected promotional offers. We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery, and customers receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched. Self-pickup from our Rawalpindi office/warehouse may be arranged in special cases upon request. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, we will keep customers updated. Wrong or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to arrange replacements or returns. Currently, our shipping services are limited to Pakistan only and we do not offer international delivery.
